Kelly Graham, CCIM
Kelly Graham, CCIM, is the Owner and Broker of Graham & Associates, REALTORS, a commercial real estate firm serving Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and the surrounding region. A Bristol native and graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kelly has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in commercial and investment real estate.
Throughout his career, Kelly has represented buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants in a wide variety of transactions, including retail, office, industrial, restaurant, development, and investment properties. His extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to client success have earned him a reputation as one of the region's most respected commercial real estate professionals.
Kelly holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, one of the highest professional achievements in commercial real estate. He is also a licensed broker in multiple states and has earned additional professional designations that reflect his dedication to continuing education and industry excellence.
A recognized leader within the real estate community, Kelly has served in numerous leadership positions with local and state REALTOR® organizations, including serving as President of the Bristol Tennessee-Virginia Association of REALTORS. His contributions to the profession have been recognized with honors including REALTOR® of the Year.
Beyond real estate, Kelly has a long history of public service. He has served as Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Councilman for the City of Bristol, Tennessee, and has contributed to numerous civic and community organizations throughout the region. His leadership experience in both business and public service provides clients with a unique understanding of economic development, land use, and community growth.
Today, Kelly continues to help clients navigate complex commercial real estate opportunities while working alongside his son, Wes Graham, providing personalized service and trusted guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Wes Graham — Associate Broker
Wes Graham is an Associate Broker with Graham & Associates, REALTORS®, specializing in commercial real estate throughout Bristol, Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, and the greater Tri-Cities region.
A Bristol native, Wes earned his bachelor's degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from East Tennessee State University. Having grown up around the commercial real estate industry, he combines a lifelong understanding of the local market with a fresh, client-focused approach to helping businesses, investors, developers, and property owners achieve their real estate goals.
Licensed in both Tennessee and Virginia, Wes represents clients in the sale, leasing, and acquisition of commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, land, and investment opportunities. He works closely with business owners, developers, and investors to identify strategic opportunities while providing responsive communication, thorough market knowledge, and practical guidance throughout every transaction.
